compassion-based relationship and life counseling for individuals and couples in portland, oregon

Because true belonging only happens when we present our authentic, imperfect selves to the world. Our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance.

Please note: I am only accepting individual clients at this time except for returning clients, as my couples therapy slots are full. If you’d like me to place you on a waitlist, please let me know.

Relationships are like mirrors, they help us see the deepest parts of ourselves. Working with clients to see the beauty and freedom that come along with the pain and fear of knowing these intimate parts of one’s self, with the utmost compassion I help you achieve a greater wholeness and authenticity in accessing and making decisions from your truest self. I do this through weaving together your stories and traumas, understanding your patterns through relationship, helping you see you are not alone, accessing your power and tapping into the unconscious stuff of “what’s really happening here” so you can create movement from an intuitive inner wisdom. You are deserving of this. Specializing in relationships of all kinds, including romantic, friend and familial, I help you advocate for more satisfying relationships in this one wild and precious life.

Are you ready for change? I particularly enjoy working with people who put others first, couples or individuals discerning whether to leave or stay in a relationship, adults struggling with family relationships, individuals post-breakup/divorce and couples who are communicating but not getting anywhere. I work with all humans, including those who identify as queer, trans/gender fluid, people of color, ethically non-monogamous or kinky.
