I reserve some slots with lower rates for clients with financial need. Please let me know if you'd like this option. I recommend 90 minute sessions for couples and families so that I can provide adequate attention to these clients. See below for information about health insurance reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, cash and check.

If you’re considering using your health insurance plan:
I’m considered an out-of-network provider with many health plans. What this means is that I do not file directly with insurance companies. Typically I am able to provide you with a monthly receipt (known as a superbill) that you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Generally, you will have some out-of-network insurance coverage if you have a PPO plan (HMO plans do not provide out-of-network coverage). If you have a high deductible this means you will not be eligible for reimbursement until this deductible is met each calendar year. The best thing you can do is to call your health insurance company and ask about reimbursement for out-of-network therapists and couples or family therapy. If you'd like me to call them for you, I would be happy to do so.
In order to receive reimbursement, one of the members in therapy must receive a diagnosis, according to insurance companies. This is one of the reasons it benefits you to pay out-of-pocket, so that you can avoid a diagnosis on your health record. Couples therapy can still be used for possible reimbursement as family therapy, and this is something we can discuss further. Give me a call for a quick, easy discussion about how you might want to proceed.
